Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine
Arthroscopic surgery is a minimally invasive method of surgery . In arthroscopic surgery (also called key-hole surgery) the Orthopaedic surgeon makes a tiny incision and works with a lighted camera lens that is no larger than a pencil to look inside the joint. Thanks to the small incision, most patients feel less pain and experience faster recovery after arthroscopic surgery than compared to traditional surgery.
Joint Replacements
Knee osteoarthritis and hip osteoarthritis are common problem in our society. They are disabling disease, may end in requiring replacement surgery. We recently started doing total hip and total knee replacement surgery in our hospital.
Paediatric Orthopaedics
Sanjeevini hospital also plays its role in corporate social responsibility in the form ANURAG. Anurag is a project started in association with BMM ISPAT way back in 2008. In this project all CTEV children are treated free of cost. More than 330 children are successfully treated in this project. Children come from far off places and neighboring state Andhra Pradesh also. It is an ongoing project. In this project a special CTEV clinic is conducted every Friday.

Dr. M. J. Shashidhar Reddy
Dr. M.J.Shashidhar Reddy is a senior orthopaedic surgeon trained under well know orthopaedic surgeon Dr.S.Rajasekaran at Ganga hospital, Coimbatore. He is one of the first to start an exclusive orthopaedic superspeciality hospital in Bellary. He started Sanjeevini hospital initially as small clinic in Kolachalam compund in 1999. In 2002 he shifted to the present premises and built a 10 bedded hospital with one operation theatre. Later in the year 2007 this present hospital was expanded to 30 beds with an ICU and 3 operation theatres.
Dr. M.M.Kudapali
Dr. M.M.Kudapali is an arthoscopy and sports injury specialist. He had joined this organization in the year 2008. He has done his DNB orthopedics under a well-known orthopaedic surgeon Dr.Vergees Chacko. Later he did his fellowship in arthroscopy and sports injury under renowned arthroscopic surgeon Dr.David Rajan at Ortho One Hospital, Coimbatore. He also did fellowship in shoulder surgery under Dr. Ashish Babulkar, Pune. More than 200 cases of arthroscopic surgeries have been performed by him.
